We knowthe problem.We ownthe solution.

We build software for problems we've seen firsthand.
And sell it under our own name.

Most software problems exist long before anyone solves them. They live in industries. In conversations. In insights that never become products.

CORE20 doesn't build custom software. We identify problems through deep industry relationships and develop products we own and sell in the market. Precise for a vertical. Fast to market. Ready to use.

02Philosophy

How we think.

01

We don't build software.
We own solutions.

For years we worked as consultants, identifying problems, analyzing them, developing solutions. For others. At some point we stopped asking the most obvious question: Why?

Our first product started with 30 hours of raw transcript material and one sentence we couldn't forget: „Good idea, but way too complex.“ So we built it ourselves. In three weeks. Alone.

When Voxalyze was done, it was clear: This isn't an internal tool. This is a product. And when code is no longer a barrier, it's not about who can build. It's about who knows the problem.

CORE20 was born from this insight.

02

Trust opens doors
no pitch can open.

The most relevant industry knowledge isn't shared in surveys. It's shared between people who've known each other for years.

We have that network. It's not for sale. And that's exactly why we see problems before the market names them.

03

Being fast isn't a strength.
It's the entry ticket.

The market changes faster than ever. If you know an industry problem today and deliver a product in 18 months, you've lost.

We deliver in weeks. Not because we cut corners. Our system is built exactly for this.

03Speed

Qualitative conversation analysis

Document search · Knowledge
Sherlock.
The answer is in your documents. You just can't find it anymore.

Sherlock connects once to your OneDrive and indexes everything. Not by filename, but by meaning and content. Ask a question in natural language. Get an answer with a direct link to the source file.

Have contracts explained in plain English. Analyze texts from an investor's or editor's perspective. Connect themes across hundreds of documents. Work with your material, not just through it.

For authors and creatives with extensive archives. For freelancers and consultants with years of project documentation. For researchers, students, independents.

Why not Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot costs $18-28 per month and is built for corporations. Sherlock costs a fraction of that and does exactly one thing. But does it better than anyone else. Available in German, English, Korean and more languages.

05Why CORE20

Three things
you can't buy.

01

Access. Not research.

Every CORE20 product starts with someone who worked in an industry for years, with real client relationships and a problem the market hasn't answered yet.

That's not a research advantage. That's an access advantage.

02

Specialization is the strategy.

Generic software tries to serve everyone. CORE20 products serve one industry. And serve it better.

Each product speaks the vertical's language. Maps its processes. Fits from day one.

03

Problems before the market names them.

The best business problems aren't described in surveys. They emerge in conversations between people who trust each other.

CORE20 has access to those conversations. That's why products emerge here that others don't see. Until they're in market.

06Join Us

No title. No boss.
No annual
reviews.

CORE20 seeks people who want to co-own a product. Not just build it.

But before you read on:

This isn't a relaxed side project. Not a slow-growing startup with beach volleyball and three meetings per week.

What we do is power play.

We move fast. We build real products for real markets. We deliver in weeks, not quarters. And we do this fully aware that the window we operate in is limited.

Anyone working with us works at 100%. Not 80%, not „I'll check in.“ Full throttle.

In return, what comes out isn't mediocre either. No bonus. Real participation in product success. A model that directly rewards what you bring. Not how long you've been around.

If that sounds like too much: totally fine.

If that sounds exactly right: keep reading.

After 25 years in industries, we've learned where it really hurts. Products emerge from this knowledge. Not for individual clients, but for entire verticals. Products CORE20 owns and positions in market.

Now we're looking for people to help shape this system. Not as employees. As co-responsible partners.

Two roles.
Role 01

Growth Architect.

You know how products reach markets. Not from textbooks, but because you've done it yourself. At CORE20 you take full responsibility for growth. With real stake in the outcome.

Role 02

Domain Owner.

You don't know an industry from studies. You've lived it. You know where it hurts, who makes the decisions, and what product would make the difference. At CORE20 you build exactly that product. Not alone, but as the person accountable for it.

What you do

Complete commercial scaling is yours. Find target customers, build access channels, automate sales processes, own conversion. No strategy papers for others. You implement.

What you bring

Experience bringing B2B products to market. With measurable results. Instinct for outreach and conversion. Fast decisions without approval loops. And 100% commitment.

What you don't need

The perfect resume or a degree from the right university. Here, what you've moved counts.

What you get

Venture compensation plus direct participation in revenue from the product you scale. Plus exit participation on sale. Individually negotiated, but the principle stands: who brings growth, profits from it.

Learn more

What you do

You're responsible for a complete product vertical. From first idea to market readiness. Sharpen problems, build solutions, coordinate growth. Multiple products in parallel. No single pet project.

What you bring

Deep industry understanding. The ability to steer multiple products simultaneously without quality suffering. Product thinking that goes beyond features and understands markets.

What you don't need

A corporate career. An MBA. A certain number of professional years. What matters is what you know about your industry and how you work with it.

What you get

Venture compensation plus revenue participation in all products of your vertical. Not in one single product, but the whole portfolio. Plus exit participation on sale. Who carries the vertical profits as soon as it pulls.

Both roles don't end with a bonus. They end with real stake in product success.

The possibilities this creates excite us daily. Our conviction: The best products don't exist yet. The people who know the problem haven't had anyone to build it with them.

No form. No pitch deck needed. Write us what you see. We'll get back to you.
